Soft voluminous weven interfacing - offwhite (90 cm)

This high-quality, Dutch-made woven interfacing combines soft volume with a stabilizing character. Thanks to its unique composition and fine plain weave, this tailoring interfacing is perfect for those seeking shape retention without compromising on suppleness.

The term "manteldoek" (tailoring interfacing) is sometimes referred to as "wool-fuse" or "wool-cloth." Much like the name "manteldoek," these terms refer to its application rather than the raw material of the interfacing itself.

  • Application: Ideal for front panels and small components of coats, suits, blazers, and jackets.

  • Suitable for: Medium-weight fabrics. Due to its low bonding temperature, it is also exceptionally well-suited for delicate materials such as leather and silk.

  • Quality: Features a 17-mesh copolyamide coating for reliable adhesion.

Ik gebruik uitsluitend dit versteviging voor bijna al mijn colberts en jassen. Het geeft een goede gewicht (body) aan de meeste stoffen en plakt zonder te 'blaren'. Tip: Na het opstrijken laat het helemaal afkoelen voor je het stoort. Zo niet heb je wel kans op 'blaren'.
