Buying Vlieseline and Interfacing by the Roll?

Vlieseline and interfacings come in many varieties and are much cheaper when purchased by the roll!

Vlieseline for garments, such as H180, G785, and F220, typically comes in 25-meter rolls and is usually 90 cm wide.

Hair canvasses—including wool hair canvas, horsehair canvas, plastron interfacing, and horsehair fabric—come in rolls of 25 to 30 meters.

There are several Vlieseline types that are 75 cm wide, such as H609, G770, and Tricot (stretch) interfacing. While Tricot interfacing comes in 20-meter rolls, the other two are standard 25-meter rolls.

Interfacings like fusible/iron-on and sew-in canvas, coat interfacing, and wool interfacing come in various widths, but all have an average roll length of 30 meters.

Embroidery stabilizers, such as Fuse-n-Tear or Solufix, are narrower. These widths are designed specifically for embroidery machine hoops to minimize waste... very handy!
