Tansfil - Transparent sewing thread, bobbin 200m Amann Group Mettler no 70

Transfil transparent thread is great to use to get practically invisible stitches! Can be used on the sewing machine both on the spool and the bobbin. Wind the thread on the bobbin en place it in the machine. Use just like normal sewing thread. Suitable for straight stitching and zigzag.

NB: please do not select a stitch that stitches very close together or that stitches over its self, because the threads will become too high which will result in thread or needle breakage .

If you have any trouble with twisting thread, make an extra guiding eye on the sewing machine to guide the thread from the spool. This thread works best when it's unwinded fro9m one side of the spool, forr example when your machine has a horizontal spool pin. Fashion yourself an extra guiding eye using a piece of reasonably stirdy iron wire and attach it to the machine just above the spool pin so the thread is pulled up. Attaching the temporary guiding eye can be accomplished by using a bit of ducktape or a clothespin if you have a spot to clip it on.
