How to apply these poppers?

• Sort the four different parts
• The caps have the colour
• The other side to the cap is the female part (where the male part will pop in)
• The bottom of the poppers are the rings (looks like a crown)
• The male parts have a lump on top
• Get a wooden board and a hammer. Aslo a scrap of fabric or felt is usefull for laying the cap on to keep it from being damaged

Attaching the cap

1. Place the cap on the right spot on the fabric and place on the board with the coloured part down and the points up. (your fabric will be over the cap) 
2. Place the female part over the points. Do you find it difficult to see which side is up think of this: The points will slide into the groove so the groove part should be facing down...
3. Put the punch on the female part and hammer gently. With a few taps you can feel the female part going down. Is it not secure? Tap again but do not hit it too hard for it may damage the cap

Attaching the bottom of the poppers

1. Place the ring (crown) on the board with the points upwards and place the fabric over it
2. Place the male part on the points, here the points should slide into the groove. It will be easier to see because the males lump should be on top
3. Put on the punch and tap gently

If this is the first time inserting press studs start with the bottom part, that is easier and when placed incorrectly it does not show as much as if the cap is not quite in the right position on your garment...
